The care app · For enrolled patients
After you complete a VytalRx intake and are approved by a licensed clinician, the VytalRx Care app becomes the home for everything that follows — refills, dose adjustments, shipping notifications, and direct messaging with your prescriber.
The app is included with every enrollment. There is no separate subscription. Care delivery, clinical review, and pharmacy fulfillment are handled by our LegitScript-certified partner pharmacy under our white-label arrangement.
What the app handles
When it's time for the next month or your three-month renewal, the app prompts you. No re-intake, no calling the pharmacy.
Side-effect question, dose adjustment, missed-week guidance — message the licensed clinician who reviewed your intake. Replies are typically within one business day.
Mark when you take a dose, note how you felt, log side effects. Your prescriber sees the same view at the next titration step.
From compounding to delivery — see every step. Critical for cold-chain medications and for confirming who handled your product.
Prescriptions, dose history, lab results (when applicable), and prescriber notes — exportable. Useful if you ever switch providers or share records with a PCP.
What it doesn't do
The app does not replace a doctor. Emergency symptoms, severe side effects, or anything time-sensitive should go to your local clinic or 911 — not the in-app messenger.
Where it fits in the VytalRx model
VytalRx is built in three layers. The editorial site reviews providers and explains the regulatory landscape (no purchase needed). The treatments shop is where you start an intake — 28 physician-supervised programs across weight loss, men's health, women's HRT, hair loss, and wellness.
The Care app is the third layer. It's the thing that makes the difference between a one-time prescription and an ongoing care relationship — refills happen on schedule, dose titrations happen with clinician input, and your treatment record stays in one place. That's how a six-month protocol turns into a yearlong outcome.
FAQ

Yes. App Store and Google Play download details are sent to your enrollment email once your clinical review is complete. A web version is also available at the same URL given at enrollment.
Yes. The partner pharmacy operating the app is HIPAA-compliant and LegitScript-certified. Your prescription records, dose log, and prescriber messages are not shared with VytalRx editorial or any third party for marketing.
Pausing or stopping a GLP-1 or any other treatment is a clinical decision. Message your prescriber via the app to discuss; they'll guide a taper or pause that protects your progress. Cancellation does not require a phone call.
No. App access is included with any active VytalRx prescription program. You're paying for the medication and clinical oversight; the app is the delivery mechanism for both.
